eSolar's business model is differentiated from other solar thermal companies through our careful selection of previously cultivated sites from which native plants and animals and federally endangered species are already absent. By encouraging our development and project partners to seek out previously developed lands, the need for regrading the natural landscape is avoided. In addition, our unique design solution allows mirror installations to be mounted directly on the ground without penetrating the desert floor, facilitating the return of the site to its natural state following decommission.
