One of the first Six Sigma Black Belts in America, Huy Phan brings more than 25 years of experience in managing global product engineering and quality. Previously, Mr. Phan served as the Director of External Quality Engineering at Motorola Semiconductors, overseeing the quality of all outsourced products. At Motorola, he was one of the founders of their Black Belt program. As the Director of Quality & Reliability at Adtron Corporation, Mr. Phan contributed to building the company from a start-up to a highly successful, world-class organization. Mr. Phan's expertise in manufacturing process characterization and optimization has helped numerous global companies in improving product quality and efficiency. He has been the recipient of several awards from customers and suppliers including Ford Motor Company, Siemens, and Amkor Technology. Mr. Phan holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Arizona State University and completed advanced statistical studies at the Rochester Institute of Technology.
