Megan Opp oversees the human resources and marketing communications functions at eSolar and is responsible for developing and driving strategies around talent, culture, organizational effectiveness, marketing and public relations.

With over 20 years in the Human Resources and Marcom fields, Ms. Opp has worked for international corporations, such as Fidelity Investments, to start-up companies such as Homestore.com (now Move.com) where she helped build the company from pre-IPO to a public company with over 3,500 employees. Most recently, Ms. Opp was a Vice President at the commercial real estate firm CB Richard Ellis where she managed the HR and communications aspects of business development and M&A activities for the Global Corporate Services division.

Ms. Opp holds a Bachelor of Science in Advertising from Syracuse University, New York.
